Return & Claim

Our returns or exchanges last 07 days. If  07 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, except acid-filled batteries, Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must  also be in the original packaging. Supplier will not accept the return of acid filled batteries because these are delivered after acid filling and charging.

To complete your return, We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, We will notify you of the approval or decision.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, with 03 days excluding any public holidays.

To return your product, You will bring your products to our described {Solergy Zone Private Limited 7-B Judicial Colony, Main Raiwind Road Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore}.

You will be responsible for delivery or shipping costs for returning your item.

Warranty Claim

Please read carefully the terms and conditions of the Warranty card. Every warranty card have the complete details of claim center with address and contact number. Warranty claim will be as per the terms and condition of the manufactures/suppliers. Provision of item at the warranty claim will be the responsibility of the buyer.
